Consumo consigliato:
Per ottenere risultati ottimali, assumere CLIF Bar da una a tre ore prima dell'allenamento con molta acqua. In questo modo si evitano i morsi della fame e si fornisce ai muscoli l'energia di cui hanno bisogno. Durante le escursioni più lunghe e meno intense, ad esempio a piedi o in bicicletta, è possibile assumere CLIF Bar anche durante le sessioni per soddisfare i morsi della fame e reintegrare le riserve di carboidrati.
